Item-based Wandcrafting Bonus not showing up

    I have an item in my game that according to the tooltip for said item should give me a one point bonus to wandcrafting. When I equip the item, however, it doesn't show up in my stats.

    That's not wandcrafting, it's the deprecated wand lore skill.
