1) You can pick up an item that can be assigned to the right-click (ie ammo, thrown weapons, wands), assign, then put in back on the floor. When you walk off you can still use the item, 'remotely' consuming it. 2) My crossbow has been enchanted with an acid burn effect. Fired bolts don't trigger the proc, however my melee attack does! Clearly, all procs are applied to melee combat only, regardless of their source, which seems a bit odd with the crossbow - the crossbow attack should be earning the proc, not my melee combat.
