I first picked up the Unconditional Love charm skill, at the end of the Psi line, and decided to use it on the next monster I see to test it out. I popped it on one before realized it had a shiny halo over it's head and was a boss. So it's all <3 <3 at me, my wyrmling attacks it of course, so I hastened it's loving yet short life to the end. And my quest didn't complete. Yes, it was the boss required for my last quest on that level. I dunno which way I'd prefer it be fixed. It's good that you can't just charm a boss and stand there killing it with no recourse. But my quest is now invalidated. Perhaps just a live and learn type of thing as with many in roguelikes. So heads up! Don't charm a kill quest boss and kill it!
