I have the steam version of the game, and have all the workshop items installed, worked fine but there are 9 new release's that when i subscribed is not appearing in the mod loader screen(the older ones are fine)

There could be a limit on the number of mods you can subscribe to at once. Try unsubscribing from one and see if another appears.
the limit is 99, but the mods i need are 117 XD, is there other way to put the mods in the steam version?
Well you could install them manually, but uh, I'm not sure if the limit is 99 in the game or just for Steam. I'll ask around.
*insert rap about 99 problems here* Also, we have 117 mods now? Crazy. I'll... uh, look into it. I wonder if it's Steamworks, though, because I don't remember us setting a limitation on it...
I'm guessing you also don't remember making sure it'd scale arbitrarily to a large number of mods? Hehehehehe.
Go to documents/Gaslamp Games/Dungeons of Dredmor and make a new folder called mods. Put the .zip versions of mods there, but I think it's probably the game that has that limit not steam.
Update: we checked this and we didn't have any type of limit on our side, so I'm not sure what's going on. Someone subscribed to all the mods and they were all appearing correctly.
