Gargle Blaster gives a good buff that requires mana but is useful even to builds that would not otherwise care about mana, are there other sources of such buffs in the game?
I honestly do not recall about the base game, but the mods. Dear Lord the mods... My furry friend the mods have loads of what we call "Hungry" buffs that are derived from items like potions and wands and anything edible.
