When a a spell uses a template without anchoring it, does the value of "affectsPlayer" for that template actually determine whether the player will be affected by the spell, or does it instead determine whether the square marked "#" in manTemplateDB (which would be the player's square if the template were anchored) is affected?
affectsPlayer designates the center tile as a valid target. If affectsPlayer is 0, then it creates a donut for a template.
