more hotkeys for skills

Are more hotkeys for skills on the agenda? Be nice to be able to fit all my skills on bars. I had about 5 too many last play through and spent a lot of time changing them out.

 

It does cost out-of-game time to change your skillbar, but not in-game time.

 

I'd like to see more skill slots on the skill bar too. v1.08 added more skills, but didn't add more space to put those skills in.
