Was wondering if there are any mods out there that add maybe 1 or 2 slots to add skills. Sorry if this has been asked before, been browsing all morning and can't seem to find anything.
That's because the number of skills is hard coded in the game engine itself. To enable more skills, a mod would have to change the core game and likely break all sorts of things doing it.
