Came across this by accident. In the save menu, if you scroll the mouse wheel on top of a save file, it selects the file you currently have highlighted.
Mouse wheel does strange things in this game. In the mod loader, it toggles whether a mod's loaded or not, instead of scrolling through the list of mods.
