I discovered this when playing with Killer Vegan for the first time. It can get pretty frustrating trying to walk through a room full of animals because they get in your way a lot. So I started holding down a movement key and spamming the spacebar. That's when I learned that this can cause monsters to take a turn while you are in mid-movement and you can both end up on the same square. That's me standing on a Diggle. It probably shouldn't be possible to hit spacebar when you are in mid-movement. But if you do this it will make Killer Vegan even more frustrating. To solve that I think friendly monsters should behave just like pets when you walk into them. They should swap places with you. I'll start a suggestion thread for this if there isn't one already.
Like the thing with teleporting into walls it's caused by the same problem. I'll check if it's fixed when the beta's out, it would fall under turn exploits.
