In the quest line where an NCO is named to destroy a fishy shrine, he sits about conducting military exercises, wanders, idles and other stuff before going over and destroying the artifact, not obeying the order to destroy the thing. VERY ANNOYING as a huge swarm appears, claiming I did nothing to stop it. Oh, and the overseer dies, of course.
