I couldnt find any mod for my idea so I will post it here . I would to see in this game the Seal power ( example skill : Seal projectile Description : Seals the 50% of enemy burliness for 25 seconds and deals addiational 10 blasting Damage) I would play also as that
Skill requests generally belong in the modding section. But, I don't actually know if it's possible to buff/debuff based on percentages in the current game.
It should be, if only so that the Dual Wielding penalty can show what it does. Also to make proper scaling debuffs so that debuffs are a viable thing to build a gish skillset around.
Actually, it isn't. That one bit is hard-coded, so it doesn't count. Well, there is a workaround for that, but only 4 or 5 modders on this forum (at most) would be able to write something like that.
The reason I was proposing adding it in the first place was so that it was no longer hard-coded and would have a description.
