Windows Vista/7 64-bit No weapon penalities

    Playing a male character with Unarmed, Burglary, Tinkering, Fungal Arts, Artful Dodger, Assassination and Perception skill trees. Unarmed is at level 1, Tinkering, Assassination, Fungal Arts and Perception are maxed, Burglary is at level 2, and Artful Dodger is at level 3.

    The bad weapon penalties don't seem to activate regardless of which weapon is used - bad weapon icon does not show and character seems to deal exactly as much damage as supposed to according to sum of all damage types.

    Hands full penalty still activates properly if 2 weapons are equipped.

    Is this a bug or a feature?

    Bad Weapon penalties were removed several patches ago.

    Feature. Weapon penalties were removed a couple of patches ago. You no longer need to have the right skill to use a weapon. Not sure if the tutorial has been updated to reflect that, but that's the way it actually works...

    Edit: Lotsa ninja problems lately. I should probably look into that.
