Because the star ratings on items only go up to ten (and because, from what I've heard, it's difficult for you to change something like that), I would like to suggest that the levels of items be displayed numerically somewhere in their description/tooltip. Possibly either next to the star rating or appended to the end of the description itself like with encrust information.
