NVidia Control Panel: Steam Guide and Youtube Instructional Video

    I have quite literally lost count of the number of times I've walked people through their NVidia configuration. If you see someone wondering about their poor performance, mostly likely on the Steam Discussion pages, kindly point them here.

    For convenience's sake I've whipped up a Guide for the Steam Community section of Clockwork Empires:
