Pardon my inquisitiveness but besides the martial aspects. Another thing i was pondering about was the state of Police in the game. Will it be a very passive affair where you just plop down some Constabularies and some prisons and then that's it ? Or will there be more to it depending on approaches ? Will there be regular coppers on the beat ? Detectives (be they Closeau or Holmes) More special units ? And i suppose most importantly. Will it be possible to create an oppressive police state akin to Half-life and Dishonored ? With brutal guards on every corner, check points, large gates, things that go zap and what not else. But also in a more countering nature to the more insidious nature of cults and what not having investigators about giving you reports on what they might come across. Perhaps even a secret police to give you even more indepth reports on different cults (which there will obviously be) and such. I suppose this chains in with the previous thread in regards to what sort of abilities to somehow combat the chaos and madness
Not sure what the Final Empire is, so can't quite disagree if that is the case. But definately would think being able to set up some sort of oppressive government to try and keep everything in check would be fun even if it ultimately would probably crack in some incredibly spectacular manner.
