Windows XP Plutonic fist still letting me have Crits and Dodge

    I have encountered this problem, when I cast Plutonic Fist on myself I still get Crits and Dodges. I don't understand this because when I go into my Character stats it says I have 0 dodge chance, and 0 Crit chance.

    I had the same question a month or two back - apparently there is a minimum value for crit and doge, so even at 0 you get them sometimes.
