So, just got my first time kill on going rogue with perma death. If you look up "poor tactical positioning" in the dictionary, you see this image. I've never seen that happen, so grats on your first kill!
Looks like one of the Lead Diggles was playing a prank on Lord Dredmor. Maybe Vlad Digula or Lord Digglebrows.
