Thermoblobby, Djinn Fizz, and Eely. My most hated enemies in the game.

I think my favorite, though, is " Erymethea II the Adventurer by a Evil Magic Potato".

 

"Losing all his health" is probably dying from fountain acid.

I don't mind Thermoblobbies, personally. Probably because I've been playing Promethean for the past exty runs. My issue is with all of the OTHER slimes; Blobby has the highest DPS and health of any of the monsters that actually belong on the first floor.

...And, on occasion, mummies, because corpse explosion.

Go to the D:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\Gaslamp Games\Dungeons of Dredmor (modify as you need to) and click on hiscores.txt. It should give you a full breakdown.

 

IIRC, and I may be wrong since it's been a while, it happens when you boost your with a spell or item (like using The Prince, which gives you an extra 12 and wears off after you're hit five times) and then wind up with less than the spell/item provided once you run out of time (e.g., you have 12 and one hit left, you get hit for 1 point of damage, and wind up with 0 turns and -1 ).

I had to look this up because AWESOME! I assume this got you your Perilous Podiatry achievement. TesterTL died from kicking down a locked door. Or trying to, anyway.

 

These should all be legitimate plays (as opposed to play-test runs with -debug-flag on).

Since about my 4th character or so, I've been using Gary Gygax's Extraordinary Book of Names whenever making a for real character, and some sort of pun about whatever I was testing whenever I used the debug. Made trimming the playtest ones out real easy (and necessary, some of the puns were BAD.) Notable exceptions to those naming rules include my first Archaeologist (boringly named Prof Jones) and one character whose name came from SimGolf - though he's the only one where I legitimately killed Dredmor without the debug mode, so perhaps stealing names from SimGolf is some sort of good luck.

I died once in a similar way: I had the berserker buff and I was killing a monster zoo. After finishing it, I had 2 hp and no potions. I ate some food and started walking, but the buff ended before I regained enough hp. The text displayed was "from a buff wearing off", or something very similar.

EDIT: When I started writing this Lorrerian hadn't answer, so yes, I'm saying the same as he is :-P
