Once you build a steam knight manufactory and at least one steam knight, you can rest. I consider that winning the game. Forget pop milestones, those are easy.
It has been an interesting run so far... had an event wipe out my food.. fortunately I noticed it soon enough, and managed to plan an iron stove to facilitate mass food preparation.
