Question about Magical Law

    The capstone ability, Wright's Irrefutable Argument, resets a cool down ability at random. Does this random selection consider all skills that have a cool down or just the ones that are actually cooling down? To clarify, will it reset an ability that is off cooldown (effectively doing nothing)? Could I use it to reliably reset a single ability, provided that was the only ability that was "cooling down"?

    I've looked through the forum but can't seem to find an answer to this question, sorry if it's been answered somewhere else.

    Only the ones currently on cooldown.

    So there you have it, now go and abuse that 100+ turn cooldown skill you likely wanted to abuse.

    I just didn't want to get 40 hours into this build to find out the lone gimmic I wanted to kill Dreadmor with doesn't work.
