I've been half hazardly looking through code and the dredmorpedia trying to find out what the "hands full" debuff actually does. You know the one you get when you use two weapons without duel wielding?
It knocks your damage down to about 75% of what you should actually be doing. It's still moot if you have two really strong weapons though.
