I've been meaning to ask - we used to be able to use ingot press and what not as extra invent slots. Are those code still useable? If so, you could just use them to make item backpacks.
Lol. I like the idea, but it is not possible at current. The code for the crafting tools is hardcoded in the game. It cannot be easily edited without a rewrite. The purpose of this thread should have been stated more clearly. I thought that putting it in Modding made it a subtle hint that the mods being developed may want to add some recipes using them. Thank you each nonetheless.
To be honest, I kinda thought that was obvious - hence the reason why I talked about something related, but different. I mean - there are not enough platinum based craftables in the game. That's empirically verifiable stuff, not opinion, and it should be fixed, imo.
