When looking at Research Projects, some will display "Project Already Completed" This will happen when the following conditions are met: -There is not enough research points for the project -The project area (Colony Production, Agriculture and Food, etc) is not the currently selected one It properly displays "Insufficient Research Points" if it is in the area you are currently researching. Switching the research area will result in the proper label on projects in the newly selected research area (and the former research area projects now display "Project Already Completed").
