So every time I try and make rugs in game they do this. Doesn't seem to matter what rug, or which building, they keep doing this. Am I doing something wrong? Is this a known issue? Again, I searched, but I didn't find anything.
I'm seeing the same thing, though not in every building—they seem to work mostly okay in the kitchen. Definitely getting the same as you elsewhere though, as seen here.
I also get the same in some situations. Out of curiosity, those that are getting the problem do you see the border outlines for everything in blueprint/module placement mode OK? Or do you see it without the border outlines? As I'm wondering if there may be some height/clipping problems going on throughout the game with some hardware that is causing some things like the white outlines, rugs and other floor hugging things to clip through the surface and appear either to be missing or only partially visible. To give two examples, do things look like: or more like:
This is logged as OC-4074. Basically, the generated floor geometry post-blueprint stage is just slightly higher than it should be and it only became noticeable after we stuck down modules where it's really visually important for the floor to be the exactly correct height.
