Just transmuted a gem, got a Rune of False Hope. Did another, got a Rune Of Pillars. If this is the new "upgrade stuff" system, how are they put to use? Dropping them on gear doesn't use them, nor do they show up in any crafting recipe. Are they just 0-value, pre-activation slip-ins, or?
