I have stumbled on an interresting bug : I play without permadeath and I wanted to save the game. When I hit "save and continue", I got a death screen reading "killed by a buff wearing off" even though I think saving is a free action and no buff could wear off from it. Now, if I load the savegame, I die immediately with the message "killed" with no other text. The only buff present on the character is a syzygy from a "Pan-Galactic Gargle Blaster" which does give 12 life but when I load, I still got 15 and enough mana and mana regen to keep the buff forever.
