Shield-Bearer skills are not giving their stats and suggestions

    The stats that the skills below should give,are not given.
    I tested this with equipped 1 shield,2shields and none
    I tested this with a new 1.0.3 character with no other equipment on me,no buffs,debuffs and adding one by one the skills and checking.
    Tested with Unarmed Combat and without and other weapon specialisations to see if they affect this but nothing.
    Keep in mind that Burnliness also increases +block chance,was taken into account when testing.
    For the bugs,simply read the [BUG] lines.

    [BUGS]
    Shield Bearer Tree(v1.0.3):
    Defensive Bash:
    Indicates that it gives 1 block chance but gives nothing.
    Can be used both at melee and at ranged distance, you should be allowed only at melee.[BUG?]

    Tortoise Maneuver:
    Indicates that it gives 1 block chance but gives nothing.

    Shield Savant:
    Indicates that it gives 1 Stubborness, 4 Block and 1 Armor Absorption but gives nothing.

    Shield Bearer Tree(v1.0.3):
    Defensive Bash:
    Very lackluster ability,has a small chance to daze a target for 1(ONE) round and does a tiny 6 damage (which is not mentioned in the log), so basically it's useless because it means you get a chance to delay yours and one creature's attack for nothing,can't even use the time for potions or other things since it wakes up after 1 round.
    My character is level 18 and I tested this on multiple creatures from Dungeon Level 8 down to Level 1.
    Still only 1 round of daze and does 6 damage even on Level 1 creatures.
    I get a message: "Your spell does no damage" everytime I use it, even though the 6 damage is done.[BUG?]
    Add a normal melee attack move to the ability in addition to the chance for daze to make it better.
    So it's like a normal melee attack but has a chance to daze OR simply give it as a passive chance on hit to cause daze.

    Tortoise Maneuver:
    Gives a decent buff, but it's lackluster compared to Duck and Cover! and only lasts for 2hits, it should be increased to 5hits to be worth casting it,otherwise it will never be used in combat,because the benefit of losing the round to cast it is very minimal and 2hits duration is too low.


    Master of Arms Tree(v1.0.3) :
    Suit Up!
    Should be increased from 3hits to 5hits before it wears off, otherwise it will never be used in combat,because the benefits of losing one round(getting hit) and to cast it is very minimal.

    Master of Arms
    Is very lackluster for a 5th point skill,compared to many other talent trees that give much more at their 3rd and 5th point skills.Increase it to give from 3block/2Armor Abs. to 3block/3Armor Abs./3Magic Resistance.

    Bump! Because the skills need to be fixed to at least give the stats they indicate.
    Same problem with the dual yield tree.
