Skills Bonus Primary Stat do NOT add Secondary Stats (Bug)

Any skill that adds bonus primary stats are useless because they do not actually add the necessary secondary stats.

So take master of magic, it saids add 4 Sagacity, but the 4 Sagacity does NOT actually transfer into either Magic Point or Mana at this point. So magic training level 3 is completely useless at the moment (aside from it's 2 sagacity for being a wizard skill).

Or take Smithing, all the bonus Burliness has no effect on melee power, health, or block chance.

Or take Burglary, all the bonus Nimbleness has no effect on dodge, hit rate, or critical.

That's quite odd. I'd have figured that Sagacity -> Magic Power/Mana alterations would be infallible regardless of it's source.

Some more testing shows that NONE of the skill that adds primary stats actually translates to secondary stats, so they are all useless.

I thought I noticed that with Magic Training, but didn't delve any deeper.

Wow, that's pretty bad. Hopefully this gets fixed quick.

Items has been fully tested to work.

It takes multiple (2 or more, depending on type) secondary stats to affect a primary stat.

Oh, dear, This game is starting to look almost as bugtastic as Master of Orion 3. :(
    That says something too.
Mind you, the mod community for MOO3 kept it alive. Because they fixed everything they could.
