I was wondering if there was anything I can do to make it run better it skips and slows up sometimes also I'm not sure if this is a bug or not but whenever I use Hunters Lure the game freezes completely on me.
Hunter's Lure is apparently bugged, although I cannot reproduce the damned thing. Don't use Hunter's Lure. I'll figure it out. (How do people keep finding this Diggle art?)
ah ok, thanks for the info. As for the art I found it through a google search. any tips on making the game run smoother?
It's mainly a factor of resolution. Lower resolution will speed things up, but Dredmor was not really built for speed. Next game!
I too run the game on my netbook but i'm really happy at how well the game runs. It plays perfectly! All i think off to help you is the usual defrag your hard drive and make sure you turn off all other non essential programs (use task manager). I've also upgraded the memory from 1GB to 2GB on my Acer Apire One (the 531 model) shich helps with running everything on it, i would reccomend everybody with a netbook to do that but you need to download the technical manual for the proper instructions on dismantling it to fit it.

You could try this link. It might help you a wee bit and i have it installed but i find if a game is too demanding without using it then there's not a lot more you can really do with a netbook except upgrade the hardware. But if i was you i would give it a try anyway.
