Part of this is based on some discussion on the Roguelike Radio podcast, others just stuff that's come to my head whilst playing. 1. Auto pickup gold in surrounding squares, not just the one you're on. 2. Remove the lockpick creating talent, and instead give burglars the ability to open doors without lockpicks (this prevents lockpick lutefisk abuse and removes the tedium of having to remember to make lockpicks every 44 turns). 3. Remove the fungal spores and instead make the Mushroom Farmer skill work directly on corpses/dirt. Again stops lutefisk abuse, and removes a tedious step in growing beautiful fungi. Would nerf Fungal Arts a bit, since you wouldn't be able to shroom up every corpse you make before they rot away. Cooldown could perhaps be reduced to help (and further reduced with skill level). 4. Change Suit Up to automatically cast with zero cast time every 40 turns. It's tedious to keep replenishing it. 5. Allows the horadric lutefisk cube box to be moved so you can keep it open for easy lutefisking. When the cube is open Shift-clicking an item in the inventory should lutefisk the item (except in stores where selling should take priority). I'm not sure of other activated abilities that you have to keep recasting like 2/3/4, but if there are others these should be looked at.
I completely agree with all of these (except 1 just because autoloot doesn't seem coded like this and I don't know how much of a hassle it would be for a tiny change like that).
The Horadric lutefisk cube is already movable -- but there is a minor difficulty at times if you don't click in the right place to drag it. I do like these ideas though.
