Yeah, it occasionally happens. It's just RN Geesus messing with you. If you have any bombs or abilities that allow you to move items, you can sometimes sepperate the stuff so you can access it.
Yeah, I tried with a concussion bomb, but no dice. Items stuck under there usually do pop out I haven't leveled up my Unarmed to try the AoE yet
