Suggestion: add "Save without quitting" button

    So that you can save the game after important achievements, and avoid having to restart because of bugs, crashes, power-outs, or whatnot.

    There is indeed a "save and continue" button when you play with permadeath off.

    Bandaid solution would be to go up and down some stairs so your autosave is updated.
