Looks like fun! Will download out of major respect for the nice pixel art~ I look forward to pretending I know anything and complaining to you about stuff being overpowered. Nah, I don't do that with items. I've seen enough way-too-early powerful items to know that there's no such thing as an unbalanced item unless the item in a vaccum would be somehow abusable.
I've tried to make the items sync to the levels they're in. My other itempack (Mo' Steampunk) was meant to be overpowered, because steampunk in the main game is also really good.

You definitely need to nerf the dick off the head-mirror. It comes far too early for such a massive effect. I've encountered it several times and it was huge each time.
Would you mind making a non-steam download link? I hate the steam workshop, It works only about 40% of the time for me.
Overpowered compared to what? Other miniboss monsters? Well, it shouldn't differ from them that much. From normal monsters? Quite overpowered. From the player? Depends on the build.
I made a Painis Cupcake miniboss, and if I test it with -debug-flags, and level 10 times (about level 5), I can easily slay him. It's not even funny. Current stats are this: HTML: <stats numFig='10' xpValue='250'/> <resistances existential='25' acidic='15' toxic='15' righteous='15' piercing='2'/> <damage slashing='8' piercing='4' transmutative='3' putrefying='3'/> <secondarybuff id='0' amount='45'/> <secondarybuff id='6' amount='-5'/> <secondarybuff id='8' amount='-5'/> <secondarybuff id='9' amount='10'/> <secondarybuff id='10' amount='8'/> <secondarybuff id='11' amount='10'/> <secondarybuff id='22' amount='50'/> Should he do more damage, have more health, more resistances? Higher numFig?
The best answer I can give you is this: Take a look at the other bosses of similar levels and match the total of all the bonus values (keeping in mind that things like melee power, magic power, and armour absorption, are worth about twice as much), and then distribute them in a way that matches what you want to be doing. But honestly, for as long as you can break through their resistances and have any sort of movement skills, killing magic-devoid bosses without any entourage isn't really hard.
Code: <stats numFig='12' numRog='9' xpValue='250'/> <resistances existential='25' asphyxiative='25' necromantic='25' acidic='15' toxic='15' conflagratory='8' hyperborean='8' aethereal='5' transmutative='5' piercing='4' blasting='4' crushing='4' righteous='-5'/> <damage slashing='8' piercing='4' transmutative='4' putrefying='6'/> <secondarybuff id='0' amount='80'/> <secondarybuff id='6' amount='10'/> <secondarybuff id='7' amount='30'/> <secondarybuff id='9' amount='50'/> <secondarybuff id='10' amount='12'/> <secondarybuff id='11' amount='50'/> <secondarybuff id='22' amount='33'/> a.k.a 151 hp, 25 dodge, 40 block, 12 armour, buttloads of resistances, 50 magic resistance, 33 magic reflect..
Okay so he's a tad OP. First, he reflects all spells you cast at him. Second, he resists everything so you won't be able to melee him at all. Third, if he doesn't resist something, he can block or dodge it almost instantly. Fourth, he has a buttload of damage aswell. Last, he can completely negate every effect a Bolt of Mass Destruction has. Your best bet as warrior is to run away or knock him back all the time. Your best bet as mage is to spawn thousands of minions and run away as quickly as possible. Your best bet as rogue is that you will never find his room generated. In short; yeeeee... a tiny tad overpowered.
