This should make it in-game

Somehow, I think this would be a funnier game over screen than simply being told "Congrats! you're dead."It might also be included in a secret DoD ending where you can either escape from the dungeon without killing Dredmor. I'd pay 10 bux for that alone.

Oh, how I miss that game I played through the second trilogy a few times and also Keen Dreams. Oh, the glory... Dredmor needs a pogo stick.

 

Pogo stick would be fun if we had support for items providing skills; Pogo, basically acts like Knightly Leap or one of the other limited-range jump skills. Something to make dodge, burglary etc slightly less compulsory for those who want an escape power (and are prepared to trust the RNG to drop one...).

Animating it properly would be a nice bonus.

 

Or we could make a 30% chance on move to blink for up to 3 squares or something

 

What game is that?

 

an old 2D dos platformer series by the name of Commander Keen. You play an 8 year old genius who likes exploring the galaxy in a homemade spaceship and grabbing all the candy he could ever eat.

 

That's what Commander Keen was? I...kind of had a totally different image of it.

...Why is northern Canada made of sand in that picture?
