After YHTNTEP came out, the first skill of burglary causes the game to crash whenever I steal something from a thrown weapons vending machine. I dont know if this is a known bug or is caused by something else I am doing. I am playing with steam and with no mods. Below I have attached a dump file that was generated when the game crashed. If anyone could shed some light on this situation, that would be great! *EDIT* Problem solved, i just restarted steam and re-installed Dredmor
I'm also Steam, and play without any mods. I stole from a few thowing vending machines today with no crash. However, I did lose one item - I stole it with a full inventory, and instead of appearing at my feet, it just disappeared.
I just checked and yes, I can steal from other vending machines no problem, but when i steal from the throwing vending machines, the item the I would have stolen comes up on screen, and then my game just closes.
Huh, well after restarting steam and re-installing Dredmor, I can now steal from thrown weapon vending machines. So I guess I had a bad file or the diggle overlords just wanted to laugh at my inabiliity to aquire softballs.
