I'm not sure if this counts as a triple zoo or not -- bottom rooms were connected by breakable doors. I do know that double-zoos are a known problem, but this is the first triple zoo I've seen.
The breakable doors are just custom blockers. So it's only really a double zoo, with one of the duet just being large.
I have been to floors with double double zoos. (That is two like the double zoo on the lower side of your map. It really only counts as one zoo.) I think there were ~500 monsters to kill in the zoos.
I just ran into this on my last game, playing as Reginald. Same floor too! The locations of the Zoos on the map were different, but both zoos were the same type/size.
