Is there any list around of the Warlockery accomplishments? I can't find a thread on it in the mod forum, and there appears to be no discussion of what it has to offer, as well. Kind of like to know what skill I'm actually taking when I make a new build. Thanks. :)

What do you mean by accomplishments? If you mean achievements they cannot be added with mods. If you mean the levels of the skill then you could look through the XMLs.

I think he means skills you take when you level up.

That is correct. As this is provided in every other skill mod here, it would seem useful to all that it be provided for Warlockery--and not just for me, either.

There's plenty of mods that don't tell you what you get for leveling their skills, because it'd "ruin the surprise".

Which I personally think is stupid, because why not at least give me the choice of spoiling myself? We've got wikis for all the vanilla skills after all.

It'd ruin the surprise is just an excuse for being too lazy to actually write up descriptions for all of them when if you download it you'll see it right there.

Thanks. That helped a lot, as well as providing me now with an excellent site for checking, well, all sorts of stuff. :D

I'm afraid the version on Dredmorpedia might be outdated. If you're using the version on Compleat Essential Skills, it's been radically revised from the version on Dredmorpedia (any older version should be accurate.)

The new Warlockery is as follows:

    1) Mana Touch - performs a melee attack enhanced with Aethereal damage at a small mana cost. When Empowered, Mana Touch is free.
    2) Eldritch Shield - gives you 1 resistance to every non-basic source plus 1 point of Armor Absorb at the cost of losing 1 mana every time you're hit. When Empowered, you have 2 resistance/armor but lose 2 mana when hit.
    3) Challenge Accepted - moves an enemy next to you and deals a tiny amount of damage. When Empowered, this spell also Paralyzes the enemy for 1 turn.
    4) Essence Empowerment - buffs your physical stats, improves your first 3 spells while polymorphed, and gives you access to the next 4 abilities (if you've gained the appropriate levels.)
    5) Eldritch Celerity -- gives you 3 turns in a row, but then steals 2 turns from you.
    6) Eldritch Riposte -- Any time you Block an attack, you automatically counterattack with a Mana Touch.
    7) Supercharged -- You spend an action building up destructive energies in your weapon. If you don't attack quickly, they dissipate, but they stack, so you can Supercharge for a few turns and then hit with a HUGE destructive blow.
    8) Mana Crush -- Rains raw mana (aethereal damage) around you in a big radius, steals all your remaining mana, knocks you out of your Empowered form, and leaves mana crystals scattered on the ground around you.

Thanks! That actually sounds a lot better than the original.
