Like, will the various places and organizations (such as Her Majesty's Third Zeppelinborne Assault Brigade and the worshippers of the Grey Worm That Burrows In The Sky) described in the descriptions of DoD items like the Imperial Boilerplate and Imperial Clockwork Plate be things that are mentioned or that you can maybe even interact with? And if so, what about the less steampunkey things, like diggles and Triangulon, will they be there?
No, it won't. There will be diggles and possibly some shout-outs to this game's world, but in general CE and DoD are set in different worlds.
