Would it be easy to Mod the Krong weapon enchantments?

    I can think of a few great ideas for custom krong weapon enchantments.

    Is there some way that the spell effect info for krong weapon enchantments to be loaded into an .xml file so that modders can play with it?

    What's unclear to me (but could be tested easily I suppose) is whether adding powers to that list increases the frequency of getting a power on an item, or if it just splits the number of powered items between a larger set of enchantments.

    Currently, I'm seeing a power on maybe one Kronged item every 80 hours of play. Would doubling the number powers on the list boost that to one every 40 hours, or would the frequency stay the same and just make it that much more unlikely you'll ever see them all? Only one way to find out... but it doesn't make me want to do a lot of work on it till we know.
