Entries exist in the modules DB but they were not included in the building entries as modules specifically associated with the buildings....
This particular error is almost certainly fixed for the next patch, but if you get us the console.txt file generated by that game then we can see...
*Cough* Just returned to this and now it works nicely for the /next/ patch! - 42D.
It's ... complex. And a bunch of systems that took part in it were refactored, which left some loose ends. I'm cleaning it up this month.

A couple things done for 42D: Gravestones are randomized. (Would like to do this by social class, but all in good time.) Graves are now packed...
