    Windows XP Automatic Save

    Run the game once from a shortcut with the "-nukesteamcloud" parameter, or from the Steam Launch Options. That should clear it up.

    Windows Vista/7 64-bit Game crashed, autosave corrupt

    Try running the game not from Steam, through the .exe instead (with Steam closed) and see if it still deletes it.

    So... my game just got ruined.

    Use http://patches.gaslampgames.com/dredmor/dredmor_hotfix_test10c.zip for now until the patch is live on Steam, it fixes most issues with 1.1.1.
