I never had that issue. what email do you use? (gmail, msn...)
Crossbows are good, and not for the reason you think. Throw them on krongs anvuls! get an item that boosts health regen or a stat!

Print screen doesn't save the screenshot anywhere, it just copys it, so you can past it somewhere, it works great.
