Dang, I need to go Banker before it's nerfed!

Point. Perhaps put a stun effect with a timer on the player after using Toxic Assets on a friendly creature--call it "Brief Contrition."

The Zomby is not the problem. There will be nothing wrong with casting Insurance Fraud on a pet or monster and guiding him into a trap to earn money. You could just hit him with your weapon for the same effect, except a monster will attack back in that case, whereas a trap grants free hits, but pets don't hit back. The only problem with this spell is that it's currently affecting corpses, and for some reason casting it on a corpse grants huge piles of money.

The whole point of the spell is to cast it on things and damage them to earn money with the risk of getting Bankster debuffs. There doesn't need to be anything more to dissuade you from using it. If you want to stand in a room and cast this spell, summon zombies, and drink booze all day to earn a few zorkmids go ahead if you find that fun. You can also just turn the game on full speed and run in circles casting High Interest Loan, then unloading the debuffs onto your pet with Dump Toxic Assets. If that's what you want to do with your play time...

The only current problem is the thousands of zorkmids you get for casting this on a corpse.

Cast it on a monster then kill it to earn extra money as you do. Then unload the debuffs with one of the two other Bankster spells that remove them. Ideally, you don't cast it on the last monster in a room because you need a target for Dump Toxic Assets (DTA). You also don't want to use it with DTA on cooldown. You want to be able to remove the debuffs when they happen. By using this spell carefully like this, you can earn a lot more money from monsters than you normally would. Plus DTA is an OK damage spell.

This. So very this. Hecks, I'd be just fine with Insurance Fraud corpse-casting if not for the packet of zorkmids worth 100 times your maximum hit points. (The other packet gives zorkmids equal to your HP, and is thus far less exploitable.)
