"Are derro evil in nature? If so, I have a spell for that!" If yes, Danton preps Protection from Evil on Berz. If not, he preps a Bless on the whole group. (ready)
Berz readies a partial charge at the nearest guy, triggered to go off upon the arrival of the Tentacles.
Torma steps in and goes 5 foot West. he tries to identify a Derro sorcerer (and if there isnt, a crossbow wielding Derro), throws his six javelins and his axe in the air... Then activates his ring's power, mentally thrusting them all on the sorcerer. javelins x5 ( +8 ; 1d6 ) masterwork javelin ( +9 ; 1d6 ) axe of doom ( +8 ; 2d6 ) ((Basically he is using the violent thrust action of the ring. Tell me if there's anything weird here. Also, not sure if the +1 to hit on the weapon is used for this attack. If not, masterwork javelin hits at +8. If yes, and if axe of doom is a +1 weapon it also hits at +9))
Hort looks for a target holding a crossbow and shoots at it (If none Hort takes aim at one that hasn't taken damage yet (+12 1d6 + 1d6 ice + 3d6 sneak attack))
Danton mumbles an incantation that sounds vaguely like "When we die, we'll duel about that!" and casts Protection from Evil on Berz.
Danton touches Berz, who begins to glow slightly as he kicks open the door, charging while Rantic finishes the spell and tentacles wrap around the group. Bers hacks with his axe (d20+12=25: Hit; 1d12+3d6+7=18: 3 self; 3 heal) Dead Derro. Torma, spotting what must be a Sorcerer, does his cool Jedi trick (7d20+8=12,16,10,22,10,22,19: 3 regular javelins Miss, the rest Hit; 5d6=26. d%=43) Suddenly, there is an elephant standing next to the Derro, who is injured, but not dead. Hort, not having noticed the elephant in the room, fires at one of the others (d20+12=19: Hit; 1d6+1d6 ice+3d6 sneak attack=17) One more dead Derro. W00t! First time I've been in the first half of the intiative order. 5' shift North and double-attack the derro just north of that.
"HAHAHA ! Did you... Did you see that ?" Torma's vision blurs as he laughs to tears, almost getting a stomach cramp. (( Is the sorcerer grabbed by tentacles ? ))
Torma catches his returning axe of doom. Chuckling, he looks at the elephant one more second, having no idea what this exactly is but guessing it appeared thanks to the axe. He throws the axe at the sorcerer again, this time in a common way. "One more time!" ( +10 ; 2d6 )
Rantic throws his Scythe at the sorceror, or if he's dead by then, at the nearest Derro. [+10, 2d4 +5].
Torma, still chuckling, throws his axe again. (d20+10=28: Hit; 2d6+3=13)(d%=96, d%=15) The sorcerer is not doing well, but is still alive. Torma immediately becomes green. The first two Derro manage to escape the tentacles, one running past Berz. (AoO: d20+12=14: Miss) It attacks Torma with its sword. (d20+4=: Hit; 1d4=3) The other one runs to the corner and fires at Berz. (d20+6=19: Hit; 1d6=4) Berz shifts in and swings viciously at the first Derro. (d20+12=19: Hit; 1d12+3d6+7=33: 6 self; 2 heal) Dead and hating it. The Sorcerer manages to pull out a rock, and throws it into the doorway before he dies. Instantly, the whole area is bathed in darkness. Even darkvision fails to penetrate it. Derro #4 fails to escape the tentacles, and dies. It sounds like Derro #6 escaped the tentacles, but you are unsure. The remaining characters, suddenly blinded, wait to act. ((I will post the map later, there seems to be a problem with my network.))
Berz dumps out his entire bag onto the floor. Among everything else 3x Stones of Continual Light roll out. Any change in the conditions?
