Well, so far everyone is just standing ready. The only two actually doing things are the spellcasters. They are surprised, and you could all rush them. I figured Berz would wait for the spells, and then rush forward while our ranged fighters did their thing.
Yes. That is the best time to do it. To sneak attack, they need to not get their dex bonus to AC, or be flanked. Being surprised, they are all flatfooted.
Cool. I don't think I was as clear in thread as I thought, I still need posted Actions, not just that you are ready to act. Because you have the advantage of surprise, you can decide who does what when, so I need to know what that is.
ok I cast evards black tentacles on the group with all of them in the area, or as much as possible, but I think all of them is in there. Apart from that i just hopld my scythe but do nothing really. as soon as the spell resolves the rest will act.
I was kidding. I did know what you were doing. Are you planning on keeping the edge close enough to allow Berz to act?
So, I think since we have surprise, it should basically go: Danton: Drop ProtEvil. Rantic: Tentacles. Hort: Shoot. Torma: Axe throw + Javelin toss Berz: Charge nearest standing thing that isn't in the Tentacles effect (if any; if not, ready to charge the first foo that breaks free.)
Berz' main goal, as usual, is to keep anything violent away from his team, so he'll be more looking out for melee people, particularly nearby or looking to make their way nearby.
You know, those who understand will, and those who don't won't. But this is my answer: My favourite book, I had thought in all my mental excellence to be 'Illuminatus! Trilogy' by R.A. Wilson and R. Shea, but in fact it's really 'A Clown of God' by Tomie dePaola Goodnight!
Yeah would also like to know if the tentacles grabbed people and if they did any damage or which ones are caught, I assume we can see that.
I was wondering, how do you manage that many rolls ? Do you use a dice rolling application ? Should I feel bad about throwing 10 stuff at once in a turn, that s super dice rolling intensive.
Wow, none of you guys are even slightly surprised at the sight of an elephant popping out in the middle of a dungeon.
