Evil Librarians: Potential Idea and Probable String of Modding Questions

I only ask because Ive seen a lot of stories about people using License To Cast on Dredmor with great effect.

 

Oh yes, now I think I remember. Anti-Magic Field uses <mute amount="1"/>
However, the XML checker says you can't assign an amount to that value (and in one of the expansion packs, I think I found it just listed as <mute/>, which did pass the XLM checker, but doesn't appear to do anything.

I can't remember if I ever got around to trying it with <mute amount="1"/> anyways to see if it crashed the game, or if I decided it was just too much of a headache and left it as <mute/> with an extra pacify effect so it at least did something useful.
