Windows Vista/7 64-bit Expansions totally/partially missing?

I've just redownloaded and started playing DoD again after a long break and a PC reformat. I've got something weird happening with my copy of DoD. I seem to have a partly broken expansion setup and I'm not sure why nor how to fix it.

I have DoD in Steam. I've bought the two expansions and the DLC tab shows all three (including the free one).

If I start the game and click the button to cycle the title screen then it only cycles between the original and the RotDG screens, no others.

If I start a new character then it's the same - the only skills showing up are the vanilla and RotDG ones.

However, when I'm playing I can find the pocket dimension cube so that means that CotWZ is partly working? Graffiti on walls signfies this too or did that show up in vanilla? I forget.

I've tried verify game cache (steam says it's fine). I've tried deleting and re-downloading the game via Steam. I've tried disabling Steam cloud. I've tried re-enabling Steam cloud.

    I'm stumped now, any ideas?

It's strange that CotW appears only partially - but graffitis indicate that it should be working, yes.

However, due to the way it's setup you need to go to the store page and click install, for YHTNTEP because it doesn't install automatically.

Let me know if there's still anything missing after you do that.

Ah sorry, I wasn't clear. Yep, I'd done that already - all three were showing in the right click -> properties -> DLC tab.

I appear to have fixed it but I'm not entirely sure how. I _think_ what finally did it was me deleting all saves ingame (including some old vanilla ones). The first time I quit and reloaded after deleting the saves it was still broken but I tried it again an hour later and now it's working correctly. Maybe my first relaunch was too quick for a Steam Cloud sync to happen...
