No, I put Maslech into FaxPax. The only other hat in mine is the Dapper Top Hat. Feathered Cap must be from somewhere else. And yes, the Crownstar Addendum is pretty boss.
Oh, that's the name of it. Crownstar Addendum. Thanks. Also, okay, I must have mistaken the Feathered Cap because I didn't find it before installing your mod. I do like the bows you added though. Have you ever seen something as awesome as the Bolt Eruptor, though? It breaks the game until floor 9. That thing just murders monster zoos, it's like having a constant non-walldestroying bolt of mass destruction. I guess if I ever get 400 odd K Zorkmids, I'll go wear your God-Hat.
It's extremely potent. It's a lot of fun to use it. It may do low damage, but if you're lucky to find one from an Evil Chest or an Uberchest, you can basically use that against anything. Especially if it spawns with Righteous damage from an Uberchest. With that, Dredmor himself becomes easy.
Both of those xbows are uber. Eruptor sets everything aflame like crazy. Golden is a one-hitter if you can stand back a few turns. Personally, I love them. But I can never decide if I like them or the Clockwork Rail Launcher from Clockwork Knights better. (In close quarters there is no comparison. Clockwork wins in a line nearby.) But this is all off topic here. (Slaps self for saying that while knowing full-well that it is off topic.)
Bug: The new Magic in the Blood causes a hit on yourself that knocks one number off of brittle buffs.
Wow! That sounds like fun. I'll go look around for them soon. By the way, nice reference of Dungeon Crawl: Stone soup with Maxwell's Silver hammer. Even if they removed the spell.
Looking it up, yes it was. By the Beatles. Didn't really expect Dungeon Crawl: Stone Soup to reference them. Then again, the last time I played it, it was still Dungeon Crawl, and it was 1993.
I have to say, I rather like the mod set. It is stable now. (It was not in earlier versions.) I like the inclusion of the new Diggle Gods. Although I am far from seeing them again at current. One thing I hate is the Mojito. I hope the rest of the added drinks are not like that. I will not spoil it though.
Um, The mojito completely crashed Dredmor for me. It hung after I drank it, and froze the game. What's up with that? That's one hell of a powerful effect.
I haven't tested it, so I can't confirm. But I want to say that you really don't want to use the mojito, David. The code says that you probably won't like what it does.
Unless it instantly kills you, summons Lord Dredmor clones/curses all your equipment with -5 stats/reduces your health to 1 and then summons monsters/etc, I can't imagine it's going to be that bad. Now you're really wanting me to go try to see what it does. If it works for me. I really don't know why it crashed.
It teleports you to the square immediately in front of you for twenty turns. Primarily useful for running away. That's why it's called the "Slo Mo Jito".
