Is this maybe a problem with the program you're using to read/write in this format? This page has alternatives to Notepad++ for Macs, which I think is what most of us use (for Windows).
No, you put capitals in the file path ONLY IF (but also always if) the folder's name contains capitals. The capitalization of the stated file path must match the capitalization of the actual files and folders' names exactly (regardless of whether those folder names have no captials or all capitals or capitals in nonsensical positions)
Vitellozzo was right It was the file format i found a xml file i could edit and that fixed it thanks for all your help
